Ø Ensure allthe complaints from the guests are handled delicately and informedto the Duty Manager.
Ø Cross checkHousekeeping occupancy report and inform the Duty Manager aboutdiscrepancies.
Ø Feed in the datacollected from the guest through the registration card/businesscard, on to the Computer and update guest profiles on a regularbasis.
Ø Sell higher priced rooms tothe guest by skilful salesmanship.
ØEnsure that all guest/internal correspondence is filed andmaintained systematically.
Ø Ensureall messages are transmitted in time and also that messages aresent to the guests with regard to any requests fromthem.
Ø Answer all incoming calls forguests in their absence and convey/record allmessages.
Ø Handle all guest mail,parcels, telegrams as per laid downprocedures.
