Female Guest Experience Agent - Mandarin Speaker

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join the Front Office team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai! The ideal candidate is a female Mandarin and English speaker, passionate about providing excellent guest service

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and manage efficient check-in/check-out

• Handle billing and guest inquiries professionally

• Respond promptly to guest feedback and service requests

• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Female candidate (due to accommodation arrangements)

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in front office or hospitality preferred

• Professional appearance, confident, and well-groomed
