Apt Resources is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our prestigious client, the Royal Palace. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the palace, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for the royal family and their esteemed guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the palace
- Create and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistent service
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the royal family's standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, making necessary purchases and repairs
- Stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and industry standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury or high-profile establishment
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices, including cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with high-profile clients or in a confidential environment is preferred
