Fertiliser Sales Specialist

Area Sales Manager-Fertiliser, Seed andPlant Health
We are seeking a motivated andproactive Area Sales Manager covering the South West to join theteam at a highly reputable organisation supplying products andservices to the Chemical, Amenity and Leisure markets.
Inthis role, you will be responsible for managing and growing saleswithin the sports and leisure sectors across your territory. Youwill work closely with a diverse range of clients, includingprestigious golf clubs, cricket grounds, and football stadiums,offering their comprehensive range and products andsolutions.
TheJob
-Identifying new business opportunitiesand actively pursue leads to drive growth and marketpenetration.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith clients.
-Stay informed about industry trends,competitor activities and marketdevelopments.

TheCandidate
-Proven track record in sales,preferably within the turf care, plant or agriculturalsectors.
-Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiateeffectively.
-Knowledge of turf management, plant care, orrelated fields is advantageous.
-Full UK DrivingLicense

ThePackage
-Base salary circa £30,000 withuncapped commission and realistic OTE of £50,000-£60,000 in thefirst 2 years.
