Field Marketing Manager - Middle East

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Middle East Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong emphasis on channel marketing. This role will be instrumental in driving demand generation, increasing brand awareness, and supporting our channel partners in the Middle East region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the Middle East market to drive demand generation and lead acquisition. 

• Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to ensure cohesive and effective execution. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support their marketing efforts and drive joint marketing initiatives. 

• Develop and manage channel marketing programs, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to increase deal registrations and sales opportunities. 

• Coordinate with the global marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, events, email, and social media, to generate leads and nurture prospects. 

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing activities and achieve lead generation targets. 

• Enhance Seclore’s brand presence in the Middle East by promoting key messages, case studies, and thought leadership content. 

• Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and leverage global campaigns for regional impact. 

• Plan, organize, and execute regional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner events to engage prospects and customers. 

• Ensure successful event execution and follow-up activities to maximize lead conversion. 

• Develop and deliver training and marketing materials to equip channel partners with the tools they need to market and sell Seclore’s solutions effectively. 

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure partners are aligned with sales objectives and marketing initiatives. 

• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 

• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies. 

• Create and proof marketing materials, such as press releases, webpages, etc.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 

• 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong focus on channel marketing. 

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs. 

• Proficient in English and Arabic with a strong understanding of the Middle East market. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Splash, Asana, etc.  

• Excellent budget management ability and vendor negotiation skills 

• Willingness to travel within the Middle East region to meet with channel partners, attend events, and support field marketing activities. 


Requirements
Required Skills/Experience 7+ years of experience in handling end to end customers relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry Leading deployment of software business applications or providing strategic advisory services and account management services or previous customer success management Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering results Strong consulting background Proven ability to build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, IT/InfoSec, and functional teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels Proven ability to build and sell business cases to customer teams Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts Ability to lead cross function business and technical teams to deliver solutions and provide timely issue resolution Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise business applications Team player who will innovate to continue improving the way Seclore serves its customer Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field (MBA preferred) Ability to travel 60%+ of the time Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Background Highly energetic, with a passion for helping customers, achieve expected business outcomes Multitasker with willingness to 'roll up sleeves' and assist wherever needed Deep credibility in inspiring confidence in C-level decision makers Extensive business process management experience and expertise- ideally in the areas of Government, banking, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or a customer success function preferred Experience with SaaS/Subscription solution offerings is a plus Knowledge of information cyber security
