We are seeking to add aData Entry / Customer Service to our team! You will be responsiblefor accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Theideal candidate is someone who is extremely detail oriented and hasthe highest level of customer service experience. Customer serviceis our number 1 priority here, and we only accept exceeding ourclient s expectations. Needs to have excellent technical skillsworking with Microsoft products, and employ fast and accuratetyping. The candidate must also be able to work in a cohesive, teamorientedenvironment.

Responsibilities:

• Entervariety of data using Microsoft Suite and related CRMsystems
• Prepare and sort documents for dataentry
• Create and maintain logs for trackingpurposes
• Review and enter data updates in thesystems
• Review discrepancies in datareceived
• Advise supervisor of issues related todata

Qualifications:

• Excellentcommunication skills
• Highly organized,self-motivated, detail oriented
• Type minimum of55 WPM (assessments will be required, weprovide)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word,Excel (assessments will be required, weprovide)
• Insurance and/or Banking backgroundpreferred.
• QuickBooks: 1 year(Required)
• Leadership: 1 year(Preferred)
• Teamplayer
