Meet and/or exceed allpromotional sales goals to reflect picture of success standard byselling in price reductions, displays, local events, POS, anddigital activation, IRC's, etc. for all assigned accounts,including indirect Headquarters (HDQs).
Ensurecompliance to all headquarter promotion plans by pre-selling,up-selling display quantities and capture incrementaldisplays/sales opportunities
Attendandparticipate in all meetings as directed by yourleader.
Review weekly schedule and prepare anyneeded information to complete each activity asassigned.
Review Power Bi reports to monitorresults and take action to address any opportunities to win in themarketplace.
Post all successes, competitormarket activity and market insights to internal NestléSystem (Workplace).
Record all requiredinformation into the NestléMobile Sales Applicationasrequired.
Own the overallNestlérelationship to include store deployment andexecution
Complete regular business reviewswith store leadership
Proactively share bestpractices, solutions and insights across team to deliverresults
Communicate competitive and marketactivity/insights to Sales and Account Team Management
Requirements:
Typically has a Bachelor'sdegree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalentwork experience
High school diploma or GEDequivalency is required
A minimum of 1-2 yearsof successful Retail Sales and/or Consumer Goods experiencepreferred
Industry / Retail Knowledgepreferred
Computer skills with Microsoft officeapplications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)required
Ability to embrace change and new waysof working
Ability to recognize obstacles andinvolve others to take immediate action to move thingsforward
Demonstrates leadership ability throughdirect or cross functional team
Ability tolearn the role and responsibilities of theposition
