Build strong relationship with ourclients (Sellers and buyers)
Present the carsfeatures and demonstration (test drive) during fieldviewings.
Work closely with our finance,insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicletransfer.
Identifying customer's needsbefore making recommendations.
Assist withclients queries and questions via phone, email during theviewings.
Understand the motors market and itsvarious audiences.
Follow up with buyers andsellers to improve the closing ratio.
Promotevarious models as per the interest of thebuyers.
Understand the inspection report beforestarting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehiclecondition, service, warranty and historyprofessionally.
Share the inspection reportwith our buyers.
Update the viewings and addthe comments on the system accurately and on time.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience as afield representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within theMotors industry)
Experience using CRMsoftware/Apps (Salesforce preferred)
Excellentwritten and verbal English skills.
Strongclosing skills.
Strong customer serviceattitude, work ethic, and a drive forsuccess
Ability to multitask, prioritize, andmanage time effectively &efficiently.
Well-versed in customer servicesand training techniques with the ability to learnquickly
Valid UAE driver’s licenseand willingness to hit the road to meet new and existingclients.
