You will collaborate with writers, analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance the quality of financial publications and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Requirements

Roles and responsibilities:

• Review and edit financial content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style
• Ensure consistency and coherence in terminology, formatting, and tone
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with writers to improve the clarity and coherence of financial documents
• Work closely with financial analysts, writers, and subject matter experts to gather information and clarify content
• Manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines to ensure timely delivery of accurate and well-edited financial content
• Conduct thorough reviews to identify and correct errors in financial calculations, data interpretation, and presentation
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, journalism, English, or a related field
• Proven experience as an editor, preferably in financial journalism or a related field
• Strong understanding of finance terminology, concepts, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with style guides, such as AP Style or Chicago Manual of Style
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
