compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial
planning, risk management, and guiding business decisions with data -driven
insights.

Requirements

• Prepare monthly reports.

• Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process
and forecasts.

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances,
and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, and internal
policies.

• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, tax
advisors, and other stakeholders.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and oversee
banking relationships.

• Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks,
and cost -control strategies.

• Implement financial controls and streamline
accounting processes.

• Supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and
timely reporting.

• Support strategic decisions through financial
modelling and business cases.
