Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This position plays a critical role in decision-making and strategic planning, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies and objectives to support company goals.
• Creating financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights for informed decision-making.
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Presenting financial information to management, shareholders, and board members.
• Assessing and managing financial risks, including investments and market fluctuations.
• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and policies.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Managing cash flow, ensuring the company has adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
• Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with the specific industry in which the company operates (e.g., Logistics, Freight Forwarding) is a plus.
• Proficient in financial software and tools
