On behalf of our client, an established industrial project
management company based in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking a highly skilled
Financial Controller. This role requires a hands-on finance professional with
strong technical expertise, the ability to oversee the full spectrum of
financial management, and to ensure compliance with international and UAE
standards. Fluency in English is essential.

·       Oversee the full financial management
function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.

·       Prepare, analyze, and present
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with   UAE
regulations.

·       Develop and monitor budgets,
forecasts, and cash flow management.

·       Ensure compliance with tax, audit,
and other statutory requirements in the UAE.

·       Supervise and guide the finance team
in day-to-day operations.

·       Establish, implement, and maintain
robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.

·       Provide financial insights and
strategic support to senior management and project teams.

·       Liaise with auditors, banks, and
external stakeholders as required.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·       10+ years of progressive experience
in finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management,
or related sectors.

·       Strong knowledge of international
and UAE financial standards and regulations.

·       Proven expertise in budgeting,
forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

·       Fluency in English (spoken and
written) is essential.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and financial software systems.

·       Strong leadership, organizational,
and problem-solving skills.

·       Hands-on and proactive approach to
financial management.
