As the Financial Reporting Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of executing our financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing our accounts. Your expertise will form the backbone of our financial operations, directly contributing to the robust financial infrastructure that supports our sustained growth. You’ll be the architect of financial plans, providing critical analysis and risk management recommendations that will shape the day-to-day operations of our company. On a given day, you will:
- Provide financial plans, commercial analysis, and risk management recommendations for daily operations.
- Manage all financial and accounting matters, including reconciliation, monthly financial returns, management accounts, and daily cash flow management (including liquid capital management and monitoring).
- Set up financial and internal control systems for the team in relation to regulatory reporting.
- Ensure financial compliance in the company’s financial processes and contracts.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance financial assessments and reporting accuracy.

We would love to work with you if you:
- Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a financial institution (e.g., bank, broker, insurance)
- Possess a solid understanding of accounting standards, best practices, and taxation regulations, especially in Middle Eastern/European countries
- Bring expertise in complex financial accounting processes and procedures
- Are proficient in financial management software
- Have the ability to strategise and solve problems with an analytical mindset
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Have experience working in a start-up environment or new office of an established group (is a plus)
