Job Description - Fire Fighting Bim Modeler

Core Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Shop Drawings: Develop precise models for wet/dry pipe sprinklers, deluge systems, fire pumps, and gaseous suppression systems using software like Autodesk Revit MEP.
Clash Detection: Run coordination checks (using Navisworks) to prevent conflicts between fire lines and other MEP/architectural components.
Code Compliance: Design systems strictly according to local authority requirements (e.g., UAE Civil Defense or NFPA).
Quantity Take -offs: Extract material lists and schedules to assist with project estimation and procurement.
As -Built Documentation: Update models throughout the construction lifecycle and deliver accurate handover data
