Job Description - Fit -Out & FM Engineers

Manage and supervise project/site activities

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution

Prepare reports, quotations, and technical documentation

Manage day -to -day facility operations (residential, commercial, or mixed -use)

Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and without downtime

Monitor service quality and performance standards

Act as the point of contact for clients/tenants

Handle complaints, service requests, and escalations

Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction

Monitor maintenance costs and operational expenses

Optimize resources to reduce unnecessary costs

Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Monitor proper use of PPE and safety procedures

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

Requirements

Relevant experience in Fit -Out / Interior Works or Facilities Management

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance, and project coordination

Experience in site supervision and client coordination

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
