Job Description - Fleet Controller

Description

  • Coordinate the complete leasing process from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

  • Prepare lease quotations, contracts, renewals, amendments, and terminations.

  • Coordinate vehicle allocation and delivery based on customer requirements and fleet availability.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for leasing customers and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Liaise with Fleet, Workshop, Registration, Insurance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Monitor contract expiries and proactively manage renewals.

  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain accurate leasing and fleet records in the ERP system.

  • Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, damage, fines, and downtime.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including RTA and ITC (Asateel).

  • Prepare operational and fleet performance reports and support process improvements.
