We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and expand
the fleet sales operations within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have
a strong automotive background, exceptional relationship management skills, and
a proven track record of driving fleet business performance across corporate,
government, and leasing sectors.

Key
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective
  fleet sales strategies to achieve market share and volume targets.
  
• Build and maintain long -term
  relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and government
  entities.
  
• Identify new business
  opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and
  proposal to negotiation and contract closure.
  
• Collaborate closely with
  internal departments including marketing, aftersales, and finance to
  ensure optimal customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
  
• Monitor market trends,
  competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive
  advantage.
  
• Prepare regular performance
  reports, forecasts, and action plans for senior management.
  
• Support local dealerships and partners with
  fleet sales training, product knowledge, and sales support initiatives.
