  Key Responsibilities

  
  
  
  
  • Coordinate staffing, flight clearances, logistics, maintenance, and operating area maps to support flight operations, ground/flight testing, and demonstration activities.
  
  
  • Collect, maintain, analyze, and report operational performance data to ensure accurate records and support management decision-making.
  
  
  • Maintain pilot and technician training records to ensure compliance, quality assurance, and training currency.
  
  
  • Coordinate, monitor, and report the status of operational equipment, including Ground Control Systems (GCS), to maximize operational readiness and asset visibility.
  
  
  • Support operations staff allocation and resource planning by assisting in the preparation and implementation of operational plans.
  
  
  • Coordinate the acquisition and loading of operating area maps for flight operations in collaboration with Senior Operations Officers and Pilots in Command (PICs).
  
  
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management and other Operations teams by carrying out additional assigned duties as required.
