Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a skilled florist at a luxurious resort along the stunning Red Sea. We are looking for a creative and passionate florist who can enhance the beauty of the resort through unique floral arrangements and displays, catering to both guests and special events within the premises.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain beautiful floral arrangements for guest areas, dining venues, and special events within the resort.
• Collaborate with event planners and management to develop themed floral concepts for weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings.
• Source and order high-quality flowers and materials, ensuring freshness and aesthetic appeal.
• Implement innovative floral displays that align with the resort's luxury branding and seasonal themes.
• Manage and maintain an organized workspace while supervising the care of all plants and floral products.
• Keep abreast of floral trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and offerings.

• Prior experience as a florist, ideally in a luxury hospitality or resort setting
• Diploma/Certificate in Floral Design, Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field, with additional training or short courses in Floral Arrangement and Event Styling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of floral design, various types of flora, and arrangement techniques
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique floral displays
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
