We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman - General with bridge construction expertise to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team, you will oversee bridge construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise construction crews on bridge projects, coordinating daily activities and assignments
• Interpret and implement blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
• Monitor and control project budgets, materials, and equipment usage
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and time sheets
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Adapt to the unique challenges of construction projects in the Dubai environment

• 5-7 years of experience in bridge construction, with a proven track record of successful project completion
• Extensive knowledge of bridge construction techniques, structural engineering principles, and construction materials
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating construction crews
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Proficient in operating and overseeing the use of various construction equipment
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• OSHA certification
• Ability to adapt to the unique construction environment and regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed
