We're Hiring: Foreman - Vehicle Modification & Conversion | Dubai - Leading Automotive Company 

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 per month

Experience: 2-3 Years

Current Location: Must be in Dubai

About The Role:

Leading Automotive Company in Dubai is looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to lead our workshop team in vehicle modification and conversion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide workshop staff in fabrication, assembly, and fitting tasks

- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution

- Monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues

- Manage tools, materials, and equipment availability

- Provide updates to the Ground Supervisor or Project Manager

- Maintain safety and discipline on the shop floor

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience as a foreman or team lead (skilled candidates with less experience may apply)

- Strong knowledge of vehicle modification, fabrication, or sheet metal work

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Leadership and team management skills

- Practical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
