Description
As a Forklift Operator, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth movement of materials and products. Your role is crucial in maintaining a well-organized warehouse and supporting our supply chain processes. With your expertise, you will help optimize our warehouse operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to transport goods and materials efficiently and safely.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper stacking and organization.
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure workplace.
Inspect forklifts regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to enhance workflow and space utilization.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and record-keeping.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a professional work environment.
Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
Adapt to changing work schedules and prioritize tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Valid UAE Forklift License is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator, demonstrating expertise.
Excellent driving skills and a positive, safety-conscious attitude.
Ability to operate forklifts with precision and efficiency.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
Physical fitness to handle heavy loads and work in a dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and demands.
