FPD Training Specialist II

Job Purpose:

Coordinate and support the execution of offshore training programs for fleet personnel, ensuring effective scheduling, accurate data management, and consistent delivery of training activities in alignment with operational requirements and compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities:

Training Administration
•    Coordinate implementation of training plans and schedules, including arranging logistics, inviting participants, and tracking attendance.

Records and Documentation
•    Maintain and update training records and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper tracking of all training activities.

Training and Licensing Data
•    Update and manage training and licensing data to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
•    4 – 6 years of experience in ship management or maritime field is preferred.
