Requirement

• Follow the service standards and procedures for the outlet with ease of process, gracious and responsiveness.
• Welcome and greet guests in a congenial manner.
• Take the food and beverage orders to the guests after helping them be seated.
• Assist the service attendant in times of heavy business.
• Takes all calls, reservations, maintains accurate information in the reservation book.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the reception area, freshness of the flowers set on the table and makes necessary requisitions.
• Update the guest history.
• Assist the head waiter in monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Distributes menu copies to the kitchen and cashier for special arrangements.
• Anticipate customer needs and to attend to this need towards customer satisfaction, promoting guest relations effectively.
