Job Description - Freight Logistics Sales Manager

A leading company providing Freightforwarding and Logistics solutions are looking for a dynamic andexperienced Sales Manager to join their team and drive growth inUAE.

  • Minimum 7 years of experiencewith freight forwarding and logisticsactivities
  • Superiorcommunication negotiation and presentationabilities.
  • Ability towork autonomously and contributesynergistically.
  • Ambitionto surpass sales targets.
  • Sales experience with success in thecoldcalling environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills excellenttime management skills ability to multitask.
  • Ability to effectively train others preferablywith experience in doing so.
  • Ability to make quick smart businessdecisions.
  • Ability towork in a fastpaced environment with rapidly changingpriorities.
  • Bachelordegree preferred.
  • Previous management/supervisory experiencepreferred.
  • Performthorough market research to uncover potential clients and markettrends while analyzing competitors and industry advancements tomaintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish a strong customerbase
  • Expand marketpresence and drive revenue growth
  • Identify Business opportunities and buildstrong customer relationship
  • Engage with potential clients to comprehendtheir requirements and present customizedsolutions.
  • Establish andmanage a robust lead pipeline to meet salesobjectives.
  • Foster andsustain strong relationships with key clients partners andstakeholders serving as the main point of contact for clientinquiries and issues.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations andproposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts terms and pricingarrangements to secure new businessopportunities.
  • Facilitatetimely closure of sales contracts andagreements.
  • Identifypossibilities for geographic and serviceexpansion.
  • Develop andimplement strategies to enter new markets andsectors.
  • Provide regularupdates and reports on sales activities andachievements.
  • Predictrevenue monitor performance against targets and adapt strategies asrequired.
