Freighter Operations Controller - UAEN Only

Responsible for planning (0-3 days out), communication across all stakeholders, proactive engagement and follow up with the HUB, Network teams and GHA's. Establish best practices to enable revenue budget achievements and to support service delivery, cost savings and compliance related to Safety & Security. Ensure compliance with all Etihad procedures and regulatory requirements in relation to safety, security and Dangerous Goods. Responsible for service delivery on freighter stations in collaboration with Regional and Area Cargo Managers through OTP SGHA/SLA's and KPI/DAP movements. Responsible for coordinating the freighter disruption process from an operational perspective. 5 years relevant experience Educated to at least high school level, preferably diploma level in logistics, operations and freighter management or related discipline with acquired specialisation in cargo handling operations. At least three years of cargo operation experience.
