KEYDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Please notethat this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to bedone. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after thebusiness, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the keyresponsibilities for this position are:

• To anticipate guest needs, and handleguest inquiries in a helpful and attentive Anantaramanner.
• To have a complete knowledge of thehotel product, including room types, rates, relative features andfacilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa andhealth club, and other Anantara properties.
• Tooversee the service and attitude with which our guest service isbeing delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard ofAnantara at all times.
• Take personalresponsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guestsatisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timelybasis.
• To be proactive and innovative,suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying theirAnantara experience.
• To develop a close andharmonious working relationship with all hoteldepartments.
• Conduct daily shiftbriefings/meeting’s and pass on all information toteam-members.
• To perform night audit reports,analysis and preparing the daily revenue report
  

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel management orrelated field
• Previous experience in FrontOffice for at least 2 years in similarposition
• Strong communication skills in Englishas well as other language skills such asGerman/Italian/Chinese/Arabic languages
• Shouldbe able to work in night shifts
