Job Description - Front Office Receptionist

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management for office upkeep
Support event coordination and visitor arrangements when required

Proven experience in a Front Office role
Familiarity with the hospitality industry is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
