Front Office Technologist - Abu Dhabi

Our client, a leading global investment management organisation, is seeking a Front Office Technologist to join a high-performing technology team supporting investment professionals across a multi-asset investment platform. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative finance, software engineering and front-office technology, partnering directly with Portfolio Managers and Quantitative Researchers to build solutions that drive investment decisions.

1. Design and build front-office applications, analytics platforms and investment tools.
2. Partner directly with Portfolio Managers, Quants and Investment Teams to solve complex business problems.
3. Develop scalable solutions using Python and modern engineering practices.
4. Build APIs, data pipelines and integrations with market data and investment platforms.
5. Contribute to architecture, technical design and engineering best practices.
6. Work across the full software development lifecycle in a highly collaborative environment.

1. Strong Python development experience.
2. Background in front-office technology, quant development or investment technology.
3. Experience working with Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Researchers or systematic investment teams.
4. Strong understanding of financial markets, market data and investment workflows.
5. Experience with SQL, APIs, cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices.
6. Knowledge of quantitative models, portfolio management or systematic investing is highly desirable.
