Fruit Farm Supervisor

Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fruit Farm Supervisor to oversee the procurement, handling, and quality control of fresh fruits for a prestigious Fruit farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fruit supply operations, ensuring that only the highest quality fruits are selected and prepared for consumption.

As a Fruit Supervisor, you will work closely with vendors, kitchen staff, and other departments within the palace to maintain exceptional standards in food quality and presentation. If you have a passion for fruits and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection, ordering, and storage of fresh fruits for the royal palace
• Ensure the quality and freshness of fruits is maintained at all times
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop fruit-related menus and presentations
• Supervise and train staff on proper handling and storage techniques for fruits
• Maintain inventory control and manage procurement efforts
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Keep up-to-date with trends in fruits and seasonal availability

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the horticultural or food industry, with a focus on fruits
• Strong knowledge of different fruit varieties, handling, and storage practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required

Salary: AED 3,500 plus free accommodation, Food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
