Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Communication Development
   
   
   
    
   
   
   
   • Design and integrate Matrix and LiveKit platforms for secure, low-latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration.(Must Have)
     
     
     
      
   
   
   
   


2. Full-Stack Engineering
   
   
   
    
   
   
   
   • Lead end-to-end delivery across Java/Go/Python and React/Flutter, ensuring scalable APIs, clean architecture, and testable code.
     
     
     
      
   
   
   
   


3. Security & PKI Implementation
   
   
   
    
   
   
   
   • Deploy PKI-based authentication, manage certificates, and integrate TLS, JWT, and OAuth2 for enterprise-grade security.
     
     
     
      
   
   
   
   


4. Cloud & DevOps Automation
   
   
   
    
   
   
   
   • Drive deployments via Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD, managing infrastructure on AWS/GCP with monitoring and cost efficiency.
     
     
     
      
   
   
   
   


5. Architecture & Performance Optimization
   
   
   
    
   
   
   
   • Define secure, modular system architecture; lead design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous performance improvements.
   
   
   
   

• 7+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.


• Proficiency in backend technologies: Java, Go, or Python.


• Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks: React or Flutter.


• Strong knowledge of API design, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).


• Proven experience with Matrix/LiveKit integrations is an advantage.-Must Have


• Strong understanding of PKI, OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.


• Experience in CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.

• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
