Job Title: ERP Software Implementer / Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated ERP Functional Consultants with strong process understanding in Materials Management / Supply Chain and Accounts / Taxation. The ideal candidate will have prior hands -on experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and map them to the ERP system.
  

• Conduct GAP analysis, documentation, and propose feasible solutions.
  

• Implement and support ERP modules across multiple departments.
  

• Configure client data as per business requirements.
  

• Facilitate functional testing, data migration, and master data validation.
  

• Provide Go -Live and Post -Go -Live support.
  

• Deliver end -user and key -user training sessions.
  

• Perform case log studies and identify improvement opportunities.
  

• Plan and manage reporting and consolidation for group companies.
  

• Adjust business processes where necessary to align with ERP best practices.
  

• Collaborate with technical consultants, implementation teams, and client core teams.
  

• Maintain professional communication and presentation during client interactions.
  

• Travel onsite for training, implementation, and support when required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation and support experience.
  

• Must have successfully implemented at least 2 ERP systems.
  

• Strong understanding of functional processes and business workflows.
  

• Proficient in Finance, Materials Management, and Statutory Compliance.
  

• Excellent communication, analytical, and client -handling skills.
  

• Willingness to travel onsite as per project needs.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in ERP implementation or consulting within the Real Estate or Infrastructure domain.
  

• Exposure to ERP sales or pre -implementation consulting will be an added advantage.
