• Valid work permit
• Must possess significant professional experience, having previously carried out similar activities at a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry.
• Knowledge of Master-Feeder fund structure is required.
• Must hold a university degree, preferably in economics, legal, or finance.
• Must have a strong customer orientation, solution-orientation, and proactivity.
• Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Must demonstrate excellent team spirit, availability, and flexibility.
• Must have excellent communication skills, with strong professional English language capability.

Your role in the team

• Ensure an exceptional client experience across all funds, adhering to company standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Service Providers and key internal stakeholders to implement, monitor, and maintain service level agreements.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for internal and external operational-related queries, liaising with Service Providers to resolve and report issues promptly.
• Provide daily support to clients and fund managers, handling queries, corporate actions, subscription form templates, prospectuses, due diligence questionnaires, request for proposals, etc.
• Oversee the administrator and custodian team, ensuring efficient shareholder services.
• Liaise with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, and auditors in respect of team clients.
• Manage the setup of feeders, ensuring appropriate fee arrangements and overseeing rebates.
• Provide support for Corporate Actions and place orders on the Master.
