Game operator

The Games Operator runs recreational stalls
and attractions, ensuring a fun and safe environment while providing excellent
customer service and maintaining equipment.

1. Daily Operations

·         Execute routine duties as per departmental SOPs.

·         Monitor area cleanliness, guest service, and
queue flow.

·         Report incidents and escalate issues when
necessary.

2. Team Support & Coordination

·         Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors.

·         Support new staff orientation and daily task
assignments.

·         Provide shift handover details accurately.

3. Customer Service

·         Assist guests with directions, services, or
concerns.

·         Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude.

·         Handle complaints with professionalism and
escalate as needed.

4. Health, Safety, and Hygiene

·         Follow all safety and hygiene standards.

·         Ensure guest zones are safe and hazard-free.

• Comply
  with PPE requirements and cleanliness protocols.
  

Requirements

Education:

·         High school diploma or equivalent. Additional
relevant training is a plus.

Skills:

·         Strong customer service and communication
abilities.

·         Teamwork and time management.

·         Basic understanding of safety protocols.

·         Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends,
and holidays.

·         1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality,
operations, or customer service.

·         Basic proficiency in POS or scheduling systems
(if applicable).

·         Familiarity with operational procedures and
reporting.

·         Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented.

·         Able to work under pressure and manage multiple
tasks.

·         Flexible and adaptable to various roles or
locations.
