Gastrointestinal surgeon

We are a talented Gastrointestinal Surgeon to join our expert medical team. You will be responsible for diagnosing conditions, performing surgeries, and supporting patient recovery in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic tests for patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Manage the surgical care process from pre-operative assessments to post-operative follow-up.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, risks, and recovery timelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field of gastrointestinal surgery.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care in accordance with practice standards.

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree or equivalent from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of residency in General Surgery, with fellowship training in Gastrointestinal Surgery.
• Board certification in General Surgery and specialization in Gastrointestinal Surgery.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in gastrointestinal surgical practices.
• Strong surgical skills and knowledge of the latest gastrointestinal treatment methods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement and collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing clinical scenarios.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state.
