SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Dentist to provide exceptional dental care to our diverse patient base. In this role, you will be pivotal in promoting oral health, diagnosing dental conditions, and executing a wide range of dental procedures.

About the Role

As a General Dentist, you will assess patients' oral health, develop treatment plans, and perform various dental procedures such as fillings, cleanings, and extractions. You will also educate patients on preventive care and help them make informed decisions regarding their dental health.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental ailments, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues.
• Perform routine dental procedures, including restorative treatments, extractions, and oral examinations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and discuss options with patients.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with dental industry advancements and participate in continuous education opportunities.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry.
• Previous experience as a General Dentist is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
