General Finance Senior Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and contract lifecycle activities, including baselining, updating, closure, and status reporting.


• Maintain project financial data in APEX, including margin updates, data accuracy, and reporting support.


• Support month-end close activities through preparation of reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.


• Perform WIP reviews and related reconciliations to ensure accurate project financial reporting.


• Execute monthly and quarterly SOX controls and maintain supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.


• Support Oracle EBS/APEX system improvements through Jira testing and process enhancement initiatives.


• Prepare management reports and provide financial support to Project Managers, Finance, and Order Management teams.


• Undertake ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; ACCA/CIMA qualification or part qualification preferred.


• Experience in Project Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Management Accounting.


• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, APEX, or similar ERP systems.


• Good understanding of project accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
