Job Description - General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic direction of the organization. The GM oversees daily operations, manages resources, and ensures that the business achieves its revenue and profitability goals. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining a productive and motivated workforce.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 7 -10 years of management experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Strong decision -making and problem -solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

Other: Ability to adapt to a fast -paced environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving organizational goals.
