A recruiter is seeking a General Manager ( HR & Admn)

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
  • Develop and implement HR operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Develop and manage the department budget to achieve financial targets
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Human Resources / Industrial relations
  • Strong Admn skills
  • Excellent in day to day HR Operation activities
  • Able to handle PROs effectively
  • Minimum 10 yrs experience in Managerial role
  • Reporting to the owner directly
