Job Description - General Office Administrator Chinese Speaking
Drafting meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and work reports.
Managing the Document Control System (OA) to timely filing, processing, and archiving company documents.
Handling document transmission, including email, mail, fax, etc.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including document distribution, classification, and archiving.
Provide general admin service and support:
Managing company meeting rooms, including booking, preparation, and external guest reception.
Arranging schedules and appointments for the President/GM or other senior management.
Providing general service support to the President and GM, including traffic arrangements (ground/air transportation), TR, reimbursements, and monthly reporting.
Coordinating company vehicle arrangements, including applications and scheduling, to ensure safe and convenient transportation for company purposes.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Similar experience in admin or customer service.
Attention to detail, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (mandatory).
