Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide general medical care in a primary care setting
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring transfusion therapy
• Oversee blood product ordering, administration, and monitoring for patients
• Educate healthcare staff and patients regarding transfusion protocols and safety
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to patient care and transfusion processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards in transfusion medicine
• Stay informed about advancements in both general practice and transfusion medicine
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives regarding transfusion practices and patient care

• Medical degree and valid licensure to practice as a General Practitioner
• Specialization in Transfusion Medicine or relevant fellowship training
• Experience in providing general practice care and managing transfusion processes
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of transfusion medicine
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Commitment to patient safety and adherence to best medical practices
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
