Responsibilities

• Perform general surgical procedures including elective and emergency surgeries.
• Manage preoperative assessments, plan surgical interventions, and provide postoperative care.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in patient management.
• Monitor patient recovery, diagnose and manage surgical complications promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about operative procedures, risks, and post-surgical care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records documenting surgical procedures and patient progress.
• Continuously update knowledge of surgical techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development.

• Medical degree with specialization in General Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in General Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or the UAE.
• Solid experience in performing a range of general surgical procedures.
• Strong understanding of perioperative management and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
