Our company is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Geriatric Medicine Doctor to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this crucial role, you will focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing the complex health needs of elderly patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of older patients, including detailed health histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the medical, emotional, and social needs of geriatric patients.
• Manage chronic diseases commonly found in older adults while providing preventive care and education.
• Advocate for patient needs and coordinate care with family members and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated on emergent issues in geriatric medicine through continuous education and professional development.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school.
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine is required.
• Active and valid medical license in the relevant state.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in geriatric medicine or a related specialty.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric syndromes, age-related diseases, and their management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
