GLOBAL DELIVERY SPECIALIST

Job brief

Run, administer and deliver Global project orders under the direction of Service Delivery Management, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order delivery of all Global products efficiently and within the timeline maintaining KPIs to ensure right-first-time delivery
• Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments/partners to provision the services within the agreed KPI
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
• Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
• Use project management methodology to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
• Manage and Work closely with e&/Partners operation team and product team to ensure that services are consistently delivered to the expectations of our customers for the timeline and technical capability.
• Arrange with respective stakeholders to issue all appropriate legal paperwork
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Act as a Single Point of contact in establishing Network-to-Network Interface (NNI)
• Ensure all activities are streamlined from the initial request for NNI creation to the final stage of NNI readiness for service (RFS) .
• Ensure efficiency and collaboration across teams in adherence to business rules

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management in a related field
• CCNA Certified
• ITIL Certified
• Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
• BS/BE in a related field
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
