The role is a globally focused leadership role within the Post\u2011Order CoE, accountable for driving consistent execution, operational alignment, and customer outcomes across Eaton\u2019s largest hyperscale data center accounts. This role ensures that Eaton delivers as One Eaton for hyperscale customers by coordinating post\u2011order activities across regions, business units, and functions.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nStrategic Account Operations Leadership\n\n * Act as the global post\u2011order CoE operational lead for assigned hyperscale strategic accounts.\n * Ensure Eaton delivers as One Global Organization, with consistent execution models and customer experience worldwide\n * Serve as the primary operations interface between Eaton and hyperscale customers after contract award.\n * Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and execution capabilities across regions.\n\n\n\nGlobal Execution Governance\n\n * Drive adoption of standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks for hyperscale customers.\n * Lead cross\u2011regional operating reviews focused on schedule, quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction.\n * Establish performance visibility through dashboards, metrics, and structured reporting.\n\n\n\nRisk Management \u0026 Issue Resolution\n\n * Proactively identify delivery, capacity, quality, and schedule risks across global deployments.\n * Lead structured mitigation plans and escalations in partnership with regional and functional leaders.\n * Ensure rapid issue resolution while maintaining strong customer confidence and trust.\n\n\n\nCross\u2011Functional Coordination\n\n * Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services, and regional delivery teams.\n * Influence outcomes in a highly matrixed global environment without direct line authority.\n * Support alignment between Global Account Management, regional sales teams, and post\u2011order execution.\n\n\n\nContinuous Improvement \u0026 Scalability\n\n * Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency, predictability, and scalability for hyperscale programs.\n * Capture lessons learned and deployed best practices across regions and accounts.\n * Support digitalization and process maturity initiatives aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS) principles.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.\n * Minimum of (15) years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management, or complex project execution.\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Experience in data centers, mission\u2011critical infrastructure, power systems, or large\u2011scale capital projects.\n * Familiarity with global framework agreements, long\u2011cycle projects, and multi\u2011region execution models.\n * Experience working across EMEA, with exposure to Americas and APAC operations.\n * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methodologies.\n * Experience with agile, hybrid, or ProLaunch\u2011style methodologies.\n\n\n\n#LI-SA2\n\n## Why Join Eaton: \n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits, aligned with your experience and impact.\n * Opportunity to work on challenging, high\u2011impact projects within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.\n * Your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton actively supports internal mobility and promotes from within whenever possible.\n * Your growth matters \u2013 We invest in long\u2011term development through continuous learning, upskilling, and global programs via Eaton University.\n * Your contributions matter \u2013 Reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the heart of what we do, driving meaningful impact on people\u2019s lives and the environment.\n * Your wellbeing matters \u2013 Health, safety, and wellness are a priority.
