Job Description - Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Title: Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Department: People Team
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Direct Reports: 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists
Salary: AED 30,000–35,000/month + Benefits
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role
As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead the execution of our global hiring strategy and help us scale our talent engine across high -growth regions. You’ll manage a small but mighty team of recruiters, build long -term partnerships with hiring leaders, and drive DEI, performance, and process excellence at every stage of the hiring lifecycle.

This is a high -impact role suited for someone who’s hands -on, data -savvy, and passionate about building world -class recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and roll out a global TA strategy aligned with business goals.

Manage and mentor a team of 4 recruiters, ensuring delivery and development.

Partner closely with business and HR stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.

Lead end -to -end hiring processes for senior and specialist roles across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience programs.

Own recruitment data, KPIs, and dashboards to enable continuous improvement.

Manage agency partnerships and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Deliver against DEI goals, time -to -hire targets, and offer acceptance benchmarks.


Requirements

Candidate Profile

5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.

Experience managing hiring across multiple regions/countries.

Strong operational and systems thinking (ATS, dashboards, workflows).

Clear communicator and influencer at senior leadership level.

Passion for coaching, team growth, and process improvement.

Comfortable working in fast -paced, evolving environments.
