About the opportunity

Our client in the Real Estate & Property Development sector is searching for a Graduate Business Development Executive based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to property lead generation, developer partnerships and broker-channel growth.

Role overview

Assist the commercial team with market mapping, prospect engagement and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and relevant market sectors.
  
  


• Prepare outreach materials, presentations and proposals.
  
  


• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
  
  


• Support meetings, pipeline reviews and opportunity reporting.
