About the opportunity

Our client in the Luxury Retail & Customer Experience sector is searching for a Graduate Customer Experience & Research Analyst based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to premium customer journeys, loyalty feedback and service recovery.

Role overview

Use customer feedback and research to identify service improvements and support better customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design and administer supervised surveys and feedback collection.
  
  


• Consolidate qualitative and quantitative customer findings.
  
  


• Prepare customer journey maps and insight summaries.
  
  


• Track service indicators and support improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.
  
  


• Strong research, listening and communication skills.
  
  


• Excel proficiency and basic data interpretation.
  
  


• Customer empathy and ability to present evidence-based recommendations.
