About the opportunity

Our client in the Healthcare & Medical Services sector is searching for a Graduate HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to hospital recruitment, workforce planning and clinical-support hiring.

Role overview

Coordinate healthcare recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding documentation for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Publish approved job advertisements and maintain candidate records.
  
  


• Screen applications against agreed criteria and arrange interviews.
  
  


• Coordinate candidate updates, interview feedback and offers.
  
  


• Assist with onboarding checklists and recruitment metrics.
  
  

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
  
  


• Strong interpersonal skills and professional discretion.
  
  


• Excellent scheduling, documentation and communication skills.
  
  


• Experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit is an advantage.
