Key Responsibilities:

• Support the assessment and independent review of risks across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries
  
• Assist in designing and preparing tailored insurance solutions for both local and international clients
  
• Engage and collaborate with brokers, clients, and global colleagues across the company's extensive international network
  
• Contribute meaningfully to cross -functional and strategic projects that drive business growth
  
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks within a collaborative, fast -paced, and results -driven environment
  
• Build professional relationships and develop a deep understanding of the end -to -end insurance value chain
  

Key Requirements:

• Qatari NationaI — mandatory
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Law, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline
  
• Fresh graduate or early -career professional with a strong academic track record
  
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine drive to learn and grow within the industry
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams
  
• Adaptable, self -motivated, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic corporate environment
